Job Summary: The Direct Sales and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving the purchase orders from direct sales and ensuring they are accurately inputted. This position will perform reconciliation and research to ensure the bills that are generated are accurate and received by customers.

Additional responsibilities of this role are:

• Receive direct sales purchase orders and inputting into the electronic system of record.
• Ensure inputted purchase orders are submitted to AP for processing.
• Reconcile invoices, pricing, quantities, and information is accurate and perform research if inaccuracies appear.
• Communicate and collaborate with sales and branch locations to solve inquiries or problems that may arise.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous AP experience or a background in accounting is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
