Now Hiring - Generation 3 Electric - Construction Repair And Maintenance Services Inside Sales Rep in Philadelphia, PA

GEN3 Electric and HVAC is growing and we need a talented Inside Sales Rep to join our office team and satisfy our customers needs for sales support as they make important decisions regrading repairs and upgrades to their home electric and HVAC systems. The Big Task

You will make outbound calls on unbooked leads, unsold service and sales estimates to help achieve company, and department sales goals. This is NOT cold calling, you will be following up on unsold work from in-home visits by our service technicians and sales reps. These customers called us, it's your job to help close the deal.

Required Skills and Experience

• Inbound and Outbound Call Center experience preferred
• Computer proficient with solid typing skills.
• Ability to work in an office setting full time.
• Local to the Philadelphia area.

Key Sub Tasks

• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Participate in training to continue growth and development as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.

What We Offer

Our pay is market rate with our Inside Sales Rep earning a base salary of $25,000 to $30,000 annually plus sales commission and SPIFFs. How much you earn, is really up to you. In addition to great pay, you will receive full medical, dental, 401k, PTO and more! That's right, we pay 100% of the policy premium for employee medical and dental.
