Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is looking to hire a BDC Associate! As a BDC Associate, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via Internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. • Paid bi-weekly $15.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Managing internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock product performance
• Follow up with potential leads and return voicemails and messages to answer customers questions
• Setting appointments for customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the Internet Sales Manager
• Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers

Requirements

• Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
• Must be able to read, write and type reports/correspondence.
• Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
