Qualifications

• As a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant you must be highly driven and self-motivated to achieve individually while being a supportive team member as you contribute to overall store success and customer satisfaction
• Creative flair and energetic attitude
• Excellent listener with a positive and outgoing personality who builds relationships with customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule is required, which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail sales experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers, thru strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
• Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Assisting with online and social media marketing efforts
• Explain financing plans, warranties, and delivery procedures
• Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs
• Assist with product merchandising
• Prompt followup & courtesy calls to customers
• Responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
