As a Sales and Business Development Coordinator at Faithful Home Care Solutions, LLC, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, focused on building our clientele and promoting our comprehensive healthcare services. As a Sales and Business Development Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in expanding our reach, forging strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and generating new business opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of those in need of our services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, caregivers, clients, and eldercare facilities in order to generate caregivers and clients for our agency.
Generate client referrals from professional referral sources, leveraging your networking skills and conducting outreach efforts.
Meet and/or exceed targeted goals for caregiver and client acquisition, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
Represent our agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.
Effectively communicating our comprehensive range of services, including Home Care & Estate Planning.
Generate and follow up with potential clients and existing leads, nurturing relationships and converting them into active clients.
Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources, building strong and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community to raise awareness of our agency and expand our reach.
Establish working rapport with health care professionals in your assigned territory, positioning yourself as a trusted resource and fostering collaboration.
Call leads on a daily basis to cultivate relationships and explore potential business opportunities.
Contact past caregivers for referrals, tapping into their network to generate new leads.
Submit new referrals on a monthly basis, actively developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads.
Keep in touch with support coordination and insurance company case management departments for networking opportunities and coordinated care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in generating new business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven ability to generate leads, monitor referrals, manage a sales territory, and build and maintain relationships with new and existing contacts.
Strong persuasive and educational writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
Comfortable with closing deals and asking for business, displaying confidence and professionalism in sales interactions.
Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage.
