Business Development Manager

Our Business Development Managers enjoy the responsibility of growing the Simple and Grand brand throughout the Twin Cities, and can be a key member in a team that is rapidly growing to meet our customers needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Sell direct Business-to-business the Simple and Grand suite of products (Décor’, client gifts, etc.)
* Prospecting: interactions daily (Email, phone, in-person)
* Provide the voice of the customer to the group – How can we improve? etc.
* Follow company guidelines on selling territories, price guidelines, etc.
* Attend meetings, conference calls, etc.
* Work tradeshows, fairs, which promote the brand.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Willingness and ability to do what is needed to succeed (occasional evenings and weekend)
* Basic understanding of Sales Concepts, responsibilities, and challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ Years in sales environment
* Basic Understanding of horticulture space
* Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
* Strong problem solving skills

* Ability work independently
* Strong project management and time management skill

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
