We are seeking a motivated and experienced property management professional to join our team serving our apartment home community!

The ideal candidates are natural leaders with strong communication skills. Must be able to adhere to and enforce rule’s consistently and in accordance to fair housing laws. Must be able to post notices and assess condition of buildings. Must provide superb customer service, confront difficult issues, problem solve, leasing and marketing expertise, as well as have an understanding of affordable housing.

Minimum Qualification:

high school diploma or equivalent

2 years college or trade or 5 years in a supervisor role

HUD Section 8 Experience
Tax Credit Experience
OneSite Experience
Must be outgoing and friendly.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently is necessary.
Working with and or the ability to learn to work with today's technology ie. Email, desk-top, lap-top, iPad, iPhone, tablet etc. and a thorough understanding of Social Media is necessary.
Proficiency in computers and property management software required.
COS or CPO preferred
Background check and drug screen required

Pay: $38,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
