Bluebird is looking to hire experienced Home Care Marketers/ Business Development to join our Marketing Team. Your goal is to submit referrals and enroll them.

Commission & Bonuses for qualified Home Care Marketers/ Business Development representatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
• Develop new referral sources in the community
• Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
• Promote our professional services within the community.
• Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
• Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up
• Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.

Job Qualifications

• Prior experience in Home Care Marketing/ Business Development
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and MLTCs important
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must
• Bilingual Creole Speaking
