Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our roofing company as a Regional Sales Manager in Pooler, Savannah, Richmond Hill, GA region. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, as well as establishing and expanding our company’s presence in a new location. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the roofing industry.

Responsibilities:

· Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of roofing consultants.

· Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance.

· Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the assigned (Savannah) location, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing relationships with potential clients and partners.

· Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

· Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

· Maintain effective communication channels with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a successful track record in team building and business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
