Vetter Senior Living is looking for a proven Senior Living Sales Leader to oversee the Concierge Living and Sales at Brookestone Meadows Villas and Suites. This community offers/will offer deluxe independent living and home healthcare.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with Seniors, creating a premier hospitality environment and help potential prospects make senior living decisions.

The right candidate for this position will have at least one year of successful sales experience in the senior living world.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Vetter Senior Living Mission, Vision and Values are represented in all living and marketing activities.
• Create a culture of premier senior living, incomparable hospitality, and an active lifestyle for community members.
• Continual assessment of marketing needs and creating action plans to address those needs.
• Promote the Villas and Suites in the community, build and maintain relationships with referral sources and actively engage with all potential community members – via email, texts, home visits, phone calls, tours, personal visits.
• Host Marketing Community Events to promote the Villas and Suites Lifestyle.
• Establish a tracking system for all Sales and Marketing Activities.
• Work closely with the VHS Director of Senior Living in the development and execution of the sales & marketing plan, community events and concierge living master plan.

Qualifications:

• A passion for creating a premier lifestyle for independent seniors.
• One years' experience in senior living sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales training, hospitality, and senior services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation
