Dynamic Salon Sales Manager Wanted at Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar

Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is seeking an energetic and ambitious Salon Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our salon's growth, work closely with our talented staff, and engage directly with our clients. Compensation:

• Salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Meeting daily and weekly salon sales goals
• Selling Moxie Blowout memberships to customers
• Upselling clients for additional services
• Driving traffic in the salon on slower days
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Promoting services, products, and discounts on social media
• Cross promotions with other business in the area
• Running online competitions and offering discount packages to attract new clients
• Handling payments and tracking all transactions

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably within the beauty industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints gracefully
• A valid cosmetology license is a plus
