Now Hiring - Property Manager in Lorain, OH

Columbus based company seeks a property manager for the Avon, Lorain and surrounding areas. Looking for a 'take charge' person in areas such as renovation, unit turns and leasing.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years property management experience

Able to schedule and follow work order processes

People skills including the ability to close tenant prospects to lease signing

Property Management software experience and comfort using technology for all aspects of the rental cycle

This is a 1099 position with a base salary and generous commission incentives for reaching goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands on self-starter

Able to multi-task and stay organized

Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Ohio Real Estate License Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
