Entry Level Account Executive opportunity open for personable, driven self-starter

Conversion Interactive Agency is seeking a qualified Advertising Junior Account Executive to help manage customer accounts. Your work will be essential to preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences and addressing them with productive advice and services. The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a customer-oriented approach. If you are our new Entry Level AE you will work alongside our Account Executive team to collaborate with the digital media, social media, creative and media buying teams to plan and execute recruitment advertising strategies for our clients.

Conversion Interactive Agency provides innovative recruiting, retention and training strategies primarily focused on the trucking industry.

An advertising junior account executive at Conversion must be:

• Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information
• Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative
• Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
• A clear communicator, in person and writing
• Able to present ideas with conviction
• Highly organized and flexible
• Good with figures & IT literate
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Skilled at negotiating and motivating others

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• In-depth knowledge of client goals, stats, issues and successes
• Analyzing reporting to identify any issues and data trends to continuously optimize the client strategy
• Recognizing business opportunities for the client and agency, and play a leading role in implementing recommended solutions
• Works with account executive to develop and execute strategy and plans for assigned client accounts, from initial fact finding to implementation

Salary can range based on experience.
