DIRIGO Management Company is looking for a full time Condominium Association Property Manager to support a portfolio of condominium properties. This full-time position requires recent, successful experience in managing condominium properties in an efficient and effective manner. Candidates should be well-versed in full-service management including customer service, staff management, building maintenance oversight, financial analysis, and project management.

Primary Duties

  • Assist Board and owners in complying with association and government rules and regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the property and facilities, maintaining high standards of orderliness, cleanliness and safety
  • Ensure that a preventive maintenance program is in place and coordinate all preventive maintenance in accordance with the program
  • Responsible for interacting on a daily basis with homeowners, vendors, and contractors, which may include helping to resolve complaints, negotiating service contracts, initiating requests for proposals, coordinating services, etc.
  • Initiate and implement all policies and procedures while maintaining excellent staff and resident communication
  • Assist in budget preparation as well as maintaining expenses within the budget guidelines (includes approving and coding invoices on a weekly basis)
  • Efficiently utilize property management software to both enter necessary information and access information for the purpose of providing high quality of service to residents, vendors, and board members
  • Review and distribute financial reports and statements on a monthly basis (budget comparison/variance reports, financial statements, delinquency reports, cash flow, etc.) to Boards
  • Regularly attend Board meetings and committee meetings as requested by Board

Requirements:

  • Proficient in current Microsoft Office programs and word processing skills
  • Excellent written communication skills (i.e., grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients, staff, visitors and contractors
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work as a team with other staff members
  • Ability to independently set assignment priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to create, maintain and analyze reports
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks
  • Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills
