- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Guide clients through the closing process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and title searches
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their transactions

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
