Founded in 1994, Alkazone Global has devoted 28+ years to our core mission of improving health through balancing pH. Our custom mineral blends are formulated to create alkaline antioxidant water and essential mineral supplements. We also recently launched pet products - dedicated to creating the same quality of alkaline mineral products for pets.

ROLE:

Alkazone is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to join our office in Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. You will be working with our distribution partners, retailers, and internal team to oversee all areas of sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in e-commerce strategies, management, and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell our brand to retailers in coordination with local distributors and brokers.
• Maintain key existing accounts by developing relationships with key stakeholders to sell in additional SKUs, additional facings, new placements, and other opportunities to grow sales volume.
• Acquire new regional retail chains across the NY Tri-State area.
• Track, analyze and optimize sales traction in the region.
• Develop relationships with local distributors and their representatives.
• Track performance and data to develop and execute improvement opportunities
• Create campaigns and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales
• Utilize social media and develop potential partnerships with influencers

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of years of experience in consumer Health Food, Food/Beverage, Specialty/Organic Markets, and/or Pet product sales with established contacts preferred
• Experience with both direct and broker sales models
• Knowledge and experience in e-commerce highly preferred (i.e. Amazon)
• Proven success in e-commerce sales and marketing strategies (including social media)
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills
• Professionalism in working with coworkers, distributors, retail representatives and consumers
• Entrepreneurially-minded and willing to take on tasks outside of expected roles and responsibilities
• Identify lead generation targets by business segment & product category
• Develop, plan, and execute all marketing and lead generation initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive salary and equity based on experience
• Performance-based bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Mount Bethel, PA 18343: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
