Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.·

Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.· Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.·

Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; delivers automobile.·

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.·

Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.·

Use CRM to maintain and grow customer base.

Automotive Sales Representative Job Requirements:·

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.·

Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience· Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career·

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")·

Basic computer, email, social media and internet proficiency.

Excellent appearance,verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills·

Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through·

Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours·

Valid U.S. Driver's license with good driving record.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
