Sapp Bros., Inc., a rapidly growing chain of travel centers, seeks a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Fleet Sales team as a Retention Fleet Sales Representative. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service, quality products, and a clean environment to every customer we serve. As a Retention Fleet Sales Representative, you will be crucial in building and maintaining relationships with fleet drivers and companies, ensuring their continued business with Sapp Bros.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to acquire new customers and generate sales leads
  • Accurately set up new accounts with correct pricing information
  • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and excellent customer service
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of each customer and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during phone and in-person interactions with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and minimize customer churn
  • Provide regular feedback to the manager through verbal and written reports
  • Report sales activities and customer feedback to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the diesel fleet fuel business or related industry
  • Excellent cold calling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred
