Sapp Bros., Inc., a rapidly growing chain of travel centers, seeks a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Fleet Sales team as a Retention Fleet Sales Representative. As a Retention Fleet Sales Representative, you will be crucial in building and maintaining relationships with fleet drivers and companies, ensuring their continued business with Sapp Bros.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to acquire new customers and generate sales leads
- Accurately set up new accounts with correct pricing information
- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and excellent customer service
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each customer and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during phone and in-person interactions with clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and minimize customer churn
- Provide regular feedback to the manager through verbal and written reports
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the diesel fleet fuel business or related industry
- Excellent cold calling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred
