We are a GROWING company in the Knightdale area and are looking for a Sales Manager to coach and mentor our sales team. In this position you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring existing sales representatives as well as recruiting and training new ones. Your success is a collective result of the success of your team. We are looking for someone who is driven and self-disciplined, but is also motivated by influencing the success of those on their team.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing/coaching people
• Track record of self-discipline and goal attainment
• Examples of how you have coached and held people accountable in the past
• In-home Sales experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor 5-10 sales representatives
• Spend time in the field with sales team and customers to coach and mentor
• Recruit and train sales representatives
• Conduct regular sales training meetings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Experience:

• management: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
