Make an Impact
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team.
What you will do in this role:
- Support Sr. Account Executive and Divisional sales manager with all full price boutiques and outlet stores - 7 brands, 15 buying teams and 3 categories of business
- Responsible for weekly and monthly sales reporting data entry for 15 accounts
- Manages sample inventory and prepares showroom for all monthly customer market meetings
- Partner and communicate cross functionally with Sales Partners, Global Brand Partners, Planning, Marketing, buying, licensing and Visual teams
- Assist with in store trainings
- Responsible for working with each brands corporate visual department to plan; buy and order all quarterly fixtures
- Create and maintain market materials including Linesheets, Buy Sheets, Seasonal Newness decks, etc.
- Ability to manage and own a small business independently
- Work closely with sales support to help manage all product orders in SAP, monitor deliveries and send weekly tracking out to our customers
- Responsible for delivering pricing to all accounts and confirming all pricing is correct in our system
Your Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Apparel and Textiles preferred
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or merchandising
- Analytical, strategic and business skill sets, including but not limited to selling analysis, financial metrics and product/assortment planning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales and business driven commercial environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise Products
- Self-starter and takes initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to foster and build strong relationships with customers
- Collaborative and flexible work style
- Detail oriented
- Successful time management and multi-tasking skills
- Passion for the fashion industry

The pay range for this role is $57,000 - $70,000. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience and location.
