Multifamily Leasing Consultant Position Available at two Class A Communities totalling over 200 units. The schedule will include Saturdays. The hourly rate is based on experience plus monthly leasing bonus potential. In addition to compensation, the company offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

2 years of apartment leasing, office, and/or management experience required. Experience in a Class A or Luxury community is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing Practices is required. Resident interaction experience required. Background & Drug Screening are required as permitted by law.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
