Our client, a local professional roofing and restoration company, is looking for an inside sales professional to join their dynamic team! Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, at their Verona office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Field and manage inbound calls from potential customers.
• Schedule appointments with our sales team
• Have a sense of urgency to respond to inbound leads from potential customers
• Study product information and maintain product knowledge.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have prior call center/customer service experience.
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Persuasive skills via phone communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
