```Duties:```
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities.

• ```Experience:```

- Previous experience in account management or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.

• Must have an active Property & Casualty License or be willing to attain within 60 days of start date.
