Please read carefully: This position is a full-time, at-will employment. This position may be required to work a variety of day time hours, including weekends.

Job Summary

Nova Storage is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly people for our Self Storage properties.

Responsibilities:

• Sale: Convey the features and benefits of self-storage to potential customers on the phone and in person; assist customers in selecting the appropriate storage solution for their needs. Record and act on sales leads.
• Tenant Relations: Daily interaction with all our storage tenants, using strong customer service skills
• Marketing: Attend community events to promote Nova Storage
• Collections: Perform collection duties to keep tenants’ payments up to date
• Financial and Operational Closings: Account for daily sales transactions and secure facility at closing time by following operational procedure
• Environment: Ensure facility is well lit, clean, safe, and secure
• Open and close facility on time
• Follow direction of your property manager at the facility

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, knowing how to close any deal
• Customer service skills, and team player
• Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
• Ability to perform routine tasks with minimal supervision and direction
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and selling skills
• Computer literate, good math ability, internet savvy
• Ability to multi task and be organized; attention to detail
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and automobile
• Prior Self Storage experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right candidate
