We are looking for a reliable energetic inside sales rep for our client in Corona.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strives/ensures that his/her, as well as the company monthly booking (sales) goals are met.
• Place "cold" and "warm" calls to customers or potential customers to promote sales.
• The position requires agent to log a minimum of daily calls.
• Facilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality.
• Communicates regularly with clients to ensure the company is meeting their expectations. Encourages, facilitates and reinforces strong relationships between Customers and Management.
• Qualifications - As our ideal candidate, you will have the following:
• A minimum of three years of previous inside sales experience preferred
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
• You are computer literate and at ease with current information / data processing technologies such as MS Office applications and ERP experience is an asset.
• Blueprint/Drawing interpretation a Plus.
• Typing abilities of a minimum of 30 WPM.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a drug screen and background.
• Must pass E-verification.
• Previous experience in customer service, and sales
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
