Now Hiring - Retail Sales Senior Inside Sales Associate in Louisville, KY

Responsible for providing direct support in selling of Resideo/ADI Global Distribution products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities in the Datacomm industry to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and correct procedural or systemic problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally to provide sales support and utilize knowledge to coach junior members of the sales team. You will begin to generate leads by contacting prospective customers in the Datacomm realm. You will drive business growth by closing sales. You will identify possible improvement opportunities. You will understand Resideo/ADI Global Distribution Datacomm products, systems, and procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Some experience in the field
