Full description of the position

The branch manager will be responsible for developing our Orlando branch. They will be responsible for maintaining customer account contacts to increase product availability within assigned market.Other responsibilities will be to direct, coordinate, and/or delegate the local functions such as inside sales, warehouse, work on job sites, and administrative activities (customer service levels, inventory levels, profitability) of an individual branch to achieve branch and company goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on crane and hoist repair and installation jobs.
• Be able to advise customers on parts and repair time for cranes and hoists.
• Ensures all branch activities are prioritized and accomplished in a timely manner according to company policy and procedure.
• Address, mediate, and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues.
• Interact regularly with customers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address branch personnel issues.
• Acquires, uses and continuously develops personal technical and professional knowledge of products and general managerial skills to assist customers and other company personnel.

· Transmits administrative information, policies and procedures, decisions, changes, etc. to subordinates.

· Manage branch sales performance, business plans, customer service levels, and status of branch projects.

· Develop business plans for branch operations.

· Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) desired.

· Must have excellent grammar skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

HS Diploma

5+ years of technical and sales experience

Compensation and Hours

Basis for unit of salary/pay: Salary

Salary: Salary + Commission

Pay Comments: Salary based on experience and aptitude of candidate

Hours per week: 40-42

Shift: Day/Emergency Weekend Callouts

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
