Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sr. Level Life Science Account Manager and/or LS Account Executive on LS kit projects, including BOMs, Prototype grids, IT Work, Kit set up and FAS entry

• Troubleshoot project/account issues with Account Executive, Production, IT, Creative, Client • Maintain strong working relationships, both externally and internally

• Attend/manage production-related client meetings – daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly, as needed

• Manage Inventory for all LS Kits and Components, as well as Print Materials

• Onboard new small to mid-volume clients with minimal assistance from the Sr. Level LS Account Manager and/or LS Account Executive

• Perform all Level 1 - LS CSR tasks, as required to keep team properly supported

• Mentor/Train Entry Level LS Client Services Reps

Qualifications:

• Proven track record building rapport with clients, internal resources, sales reps, and vendors

• Proven track record prioritizing and multi-tasking on many tasks over extended periods of time

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written, verbal, math, computer and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word

• Ability to use Project Management Software Tools

• Strong knowledge of Allied Systems and Procedures

• Strong knowledge of the Allied E-commerce Site and how to onboard new clients to the site

• Ability to manage and organize a high volume of emails

• Strong Print, Kit & Mail knowledge and background

• Experience with medical devices, products and/or supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
