Full Job Description:
Big Country Powersports is looking for full-time Finance & Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. Position Summary
Work with all customers seeking finance and/or insurance needs to help them obtain the best product to meet there needs.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution
- Partner with sales team to move deals effectively through the purchase process
- Reviews customer credit applications
- Present best financing options to customers detailing their finance options and warranty coverage
- Prepares all deal packages with complete and proper documentation for lenders or follow any other process that may be in place in their respective department and collect money from customers
- Confirm all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Ensures adherence to Finance & Insurance reporting requirements of company
- Acts as liaison between DMV and County Clerks to ensure proper forms are completed and liens are filed if applicable
- Stay current with product knowledge
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis by selling extended warranty contracts and insurance
- Maintain F & I income at acceptable levels
Qualifications
- High level of customer service is a MUST!!
- Excellent communication, business partnering skills, and attention to detail
- Frequent telephone and computer usage
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
- Prior experience with F&I is required (1+ yr.)
- Sales experience is required (1+ yr.)
