Position Summary:

The Field Sales Strategy Specialist is part of the FOH® USC Field Sales Team. This role contributes to the company's success by providing vital support to the FOH® Field Sales Managers (FSM) with reporting, marketing, tradeshow coordination, and CRM integrity. The Specialist/Coordinator supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to efficiently responding to the sales efforts of the Field Sales Team, as well as the needs of our business partners.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position
  • The hourly rate is $19.00
  • Our headquarters Office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
  • This role participates in our hybrid schedule
  • Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.

Major Duties Include:

  • Communicates efficiently with FSMs by including conducting weekly calls or as needed to identify and move projects forward
  • Utilizes Microsoft Planner project management tool to manage tasks and projects
  • Possess an organized work approach to achieve overlapping deadlines and project completion
  • Assists in preparing monthly/quarterly sales reports and ad hoc sales reports for the FOH® Field Sales Teams as needed
  • Reconciles and processes critical Rep commission payments by auditing weekly reports for accuracy and calculations, producing monthly commission invoices, and providing detailed monthly reports to rep groups
  • Maintains Manufacturer Rep Lists and informs the impacted parties in the spirit of Who Needs to Know
  • Maintains spreadsheets in an ongoing basis, such as the Business Partner Item and Price Set Up sheets
  • Participates in the planning, ideation, and execution of sales plans and meetings
  • Assists in entering sample orders for trade shows as needed
  • Assist with Showroom visits as needed
  • Maintains the data integrity of our business partner profiles in both SAP and HubSpot
  • Collaborate with CreMar & VP of Sales for the distribution of Product Launch Kits as needed
  • Creates and maintains Project Registrations in HubSpot
  • Assists with other various projects as needed
  • Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interaction

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:

  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years’ of sales, administrative, and field-related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Excel & PowerPoint
  • SAP Business One experience preferred
  • HubSpot experience preferred
