Westcott Buick GMC is looking for BDC Representative.

Westcott Buick GMC is locally owned and operated of over 42 years and promotes a team and family environment.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Fielding incoming phone calls and online requests for information on appointments and minor advise. To check the vehicle's history and coordinate with other service staff for proper appointment loading.

Outbound calls to info customers of missed service and/or special order parts and accessories arrival. And using customer list to maintain and foster high loyalty and customer retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
