No previous Automotive experience? No problem. Do you have Sales or Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Team as Automotive Sales Associates. We provide training upon hire and ample opportunities for performance-based advancement!

*Monthly performance-based bonuses.

*On-going product knowledge and sales training.

*Multi-dealership group that promotes from within.

Responsibilities

· Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. Build relationships & create customers for life through this process

· Know the in's & out's of the Dodge and Ram product. Become educated on product offerings, optional packages, & latest technology.

· Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

· Stay current on Dodge and Ram Required trainings and certifications.

· Contribute to our dealership culture by having a positive attitude, strong work-ethic, and serving our customers to the best of your ability.

Qualifications

· Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new processes and products.

· Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

· Must have clean & valid driver's license.

· Professional, clean-cut personal appearance.

· Availability to work flexible hours, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Job Type: Full-time

Potential earnings: $30,000.00 - $85,000 per year
