Retail Sales Representative

Galfer USA is a motorcycle, bicycle, ATV and UTV brake system company. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, retail sales rep. for online and phone orders in a very busy office.

We are looking for a self-starter person that takes ownership of their work and can think on their feet.

Someone with the understanding of motorcycle brakes, or very eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones and assist with receiving incoming calls.
• Respond to emails & voicemails in order of date/time received.
• Contact & follow up by contacting customers if product is out of stock and follow up with customers until product is shipped.
• Will serve as a back-up to the sales department with clerical support for special events.
• Must be reliable with good work ethics.
• Experienced with strong data entry skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service skills
• Great communications skills
• Willing to help and be a real team player. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are a must!
• Motorcycle experience preferred

Hours: Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
