You will work directly with the General Manager and the Sales Manager on the following goals:

• Lead and manage an outside marketing team generating leads for the sales team.

• Supporting the sales team in training and management.

• Selling both in person and over the phone to qualified pre-screened prospects.

The best person for this position is energetic, has sales and marketing experience and is physically fit, able to be moving rapidly outside.
