CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Harvest Tec (HT) is a leading developer and manufacturer of Agricultural equipment and products that enable our clients to produce high-quality alfalfa and forage. Our team members work on projects to help our clients improve yields and optimize baling performance. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our continued growth. The successful candidate is expected to communicate with our customers via phone and email. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying problems and coming up with solutions, supporting inside and outside sales, data entry into the company’s computer systems, and creating supporting and promotional materials using Microsoft Word, Photoshop, and Video editing programs.

The successful candidate must plan their work to meet commitments and goals, keep multiple records, be self-motivated, coordinate work with others in a team environment, maintain a professional presence, and desire to take ownership.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support customers when they call or e-mail in on sales, field service, and order tracking.

• Assist with the companies warranty program

• Conduct: equipment demo trials, product training, open houses, Hay Days, etc., to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of the Harvest Tec Product line.

• Prepare Equipment sales proposals and track progress from quote stage to Customer Order Define, track, and drive key performance indicators to achieve financial goals as defined by company leadership.

Desired Experience:

• B.A. or B.S. in a related field of Science or Engineering is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience selling equipment in agriculture

• Knowledge of the Alfalfa and Grass hay industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Special Considerations:

• Can work on machines remotely and will be in outdoor weather conditions.

• Regularly sits

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Compensation

This position will have a competitive base salary between $50,000 to $65,000 depending on candidates experience
