Who You Are

As a Residential Luxury Technology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our high-end audio and video products and services for residential clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a deep understanding of luxury technology solutions. We are the customers technologist, we educate and guide them on all of the cool and available solutions available to them. We work in some of the most beautiful homes in the market with some of the most accomplished clientele. If you enjoy collaborating with interesting and accomplished people while educating them on the latest technology trends for their residences, with excellent communication skills then we would love to connect with you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in high-end residential technology solutions, including audio, video, automation, motorized shades, lighting, and security systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing luxury builders, architects and designers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and functionality of our technology solutions.
  • Work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to generate leads and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the high-end residential technology sector.
  • Knowledge of leading luxury technology brands and products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM softwares.
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to stay updated with industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,170.00 - $250,000.00 per year
