As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofing Salesperson Project Manager to join our team.

With multiple lead-generation pipelines already in place, our company has a high volume of leads that we need more salespeople to manage.

Job Description:

As a Roofing and Siding Project Manager at Wolf Contracting Inc., you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for roofing and siding projects. With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up and manage leads provided to you

- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling

- Conduct thorough assessments of customer roofing, siding, and project needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers

- Present and explain our services, products, and options to customers

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution

- Explain contracts and terms with customers, addressing any concerns or objections

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide relevant insights to customers

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

- Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Experience is not required. One-on-one comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
