Job Description:

• Understands automobiles by studying features, capabilities, warranties, services, current offers and specials
• Work with Product Specialists to receive leads
• Following up on all leads from a variety of sources
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
• Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing education opportunities and training
• Maintaines a strong base knowledge of all vehicle’s makes and models
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Drivers license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
