SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for building a robust pipeline of potentials and consistently converting them into clients. This position requires someone who is highly self-motivated, humble, team-oriented, organized, creative, and possesses outstanding communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting Real Estate Agents (Calls, emails, texts, etc.)

Account Management

Log and track all activity in ZOHO CRM

Validate data using internal/external databases and websites

Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and reporting to management

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Accountable for monthly activity, new clients, openings, and revenue

Responsible for the successful development of new markets

Pay range is $16.50/hr- $20.00/hr. depending on experience + commission
