• $18.50 hourly + Sales incentives
• $1,000 Sign On Bonus
• Must be able to work weekends
• Full Time w/ Benefits
• Day/Evening position, NO LATE NIGHTS!

Looking for a Sales Lead with strong leadership skills and who is comfortable with the following:

• Facilitate counter sales, cashiering and cash handling with integrity and detail.
• Ensure successful implementation of Pick-N-Pull promotional activity.
• Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified customer service staff.
• Help maintain the standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures.
• Must be present during all peak customer traffic periods, as in weekends, sale days, or any other occasion that would generate high customer flow into the store.
• Always be pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in a retail, or counter sales position is preferred, but not required.
• Experience leading a team of employees is preferred, but not required.
• Be able to successfully identify auto parts visually.
