We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our valued customers and maximizing sales opportunities within assigned accounts. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and effectively present our products' features and benefits. This position requires the ability to multi-task and the ability to manage time effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with customers on a daily basis and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

·Proactively manage a pipeline of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
·Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers. Identify opportunities to increase sales through communication with customers.
·Utilize a CRM system to track and manage sales activities and customer communication, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
·Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
·Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned accounts.
·Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
·Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or other means of communication.

Requirements:

·Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
·Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
·Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
·Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
