Our company is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and creating reports to analyze sales performance. The Senior Sales Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of success in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage customer accounts and provide customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Train and coach sales team members on best practices and techniques.
