Novatech, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer in our Memphis, TN office! (Hybrid)

Your Job:

Working closely with the Outside Sales team and Technical Account Managers who engage the prospect and customers, as well as the Professional Services team who installs the designed solutions

Exhibit and advise about Technical Network knowledge including:

Microsoft Server O/S 2012 & 2016

Exchange/Office 365

SonicWALL, Fortinet, and other firewalling methodologies

Networking, switching, and routing

Remote connectivity methodologies

Leveraging of various scanning tools for network discovery

Consult & Design Methodologies

C-level, IT, and Office manager interviewing

Reviewing and analyzing reports

Understanding client environments and new technology insertion best practices

Gathering and analyzing network and application information

  • Line of business application research and compatibility discovery
  • Development of solution scopes and project plans
  • Identifying and documenting risks & mitigation plans
  • Delivering and articulating proposed solutions
  • Participating in handoffs to implementation teams
  • Mentoring
  • Sharing Best Practice knowledge and lessons learned
  • Assisting and providing guidance to peers
  • Assisting in the improving the overall customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
