Job Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services for guests checking in and staying on property - help plan their vacations
• In-person appointment-setting with guests checking into our resorts
• Invite guests to in-person workshops in exchange for a gift
• Offer gifts - such as free meals at local restaurants, free tourist activities, or free night stays at our resorts and hotels - as thanks for attending workshop
• Leads provided
• Partner with resort staff to provide world-class concierge services and an incredible vacation experience

Job Expectations and Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred, not required
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Maintain production standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
