Full description of the position

BDC Representatives will be responsible for;

- Handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads.

- Confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follw-up on all sold and unsold customers.

- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication.

-Respond to internet leads in a timeley fashion Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drivers and delivery of vehicles.
