The Position:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advertising apartments online and writing copy
- Scheduling appointments for the leasing team
- Relaying maintenance requests to staff
- Answering telephones
- Distributing information to prospective tenants
- Helping show people great places to live
- Other real estate related tasks
Requirements:
- A friendly, reliable, self motivated person
- Must have a driver's license and vehicle
- Strong computer skills
- Sales ability
- Excellent oral and verbal communication abilities
- Business casual
- Server/sales Experience
- Ability to create bonds with people High school diploma or equivalent.

Typical duties involve:
- Prepare leases and renewal leases
- Answer phones
- Show Apartments
- Market the units
- Relay messages to maintenance staff and management
- Survey apartments and grounds for any issues. This would involve travel around the Monroeville/North Versailles/Penn Hills area
- Log calls in our software system
- Other reasonable tasks related to property management
You must have your own vehicle to travel to the properties from our office, and excellent computer and phone skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
