Storage Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual with outstanding customer service skills, sales experience, and leadership skills to manage our new independent, upscale self-storage facility in Woodburn, OR. This full-time position is responsible for the daily operations of the facility. He/she will contribute to profitability by taking ownership and accountability of the property and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an excellent lease-up bonus potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Assist new customers in finding storage solutions that meets their needs

Provide superior customer service

Reservation and walk-in customer conversion

Assist with development and implementation of promotional/marketing programs

Perform market research

Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services

Assist customers with retail purchases, up-selling

Execute leases

Collections

Ensure high quality property appearance through light maintenance/cleaning

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of sales, retail or hospitality experience required

Previous property management experience strongly preferred

Motivated individual who strives for continuous self-improvement

Able to seek opportunities and solutions daily

Able to coach, train, and motivate staff

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to learn new software

Detail oriented with strong time management skills

Ability to work weekends/select holidays as necessary

Possess a valid Oregon driver’s license

Must have professional appearance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
