Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Direct Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving individual and team sales performance, implementing office meetings, and leading door-to-door campaigns. This position is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growing company while working towards sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Drive and oversee individual and team sales performance to ensure meeting and exceeding targets.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional sales targets.

- Facilitate regular office meetings to discuss sales targets, strategies, and overall team performance.

- Lead and provide guidance to door-to-door sales reps driving performance.Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for the team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and achievements.

- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports on sales performance.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales manager role or similar, preferably within the solar industry.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and training programs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM [please apply online] to excellent customer service.

- Understanding of sales performance metrics.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
