The Role

• Work collaboratively with sales team to drive sales with both new and existing customers.
• Drive to achieve results
• Review with goals and Targets with General Manager monthly
• Coordinate and organize weekly sales meetings with all sales staff
• Recruit, hire, train and oversee your team of salespeople

Requirements

• Extensive experience in automotive sales
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Intimate knowledge of the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable drivers abstract
